Richardson began construction on a 281-unit multifamily community downtown on April 6. The four-story project is expected to finish by Late-Q4 2027.
The community at 110 E. Polk St. replaced two existing buildings and a surface parking lot, with apartments ranging from studios to two-bedroom layouts.
Unit sizes were set from 590 to 1,340 sq-ft, and the project was described as adding energy and investment to downtown Richardson.
Residents were set to get direct access to the 4.2-mi trail and be within walking distance of Main Street.
Planned amenities included coworking areas, a pool, grilling stations, a fitness center, and a dog-wash station for residents.
